Culture is expressed in the many ways we celebrate, remember the past, entertain and imagine the future. With improved learning, health, and opportunities to come together with others, culture enhances our quality of life and increases overall well-being for both individuals and communities.

The Scandinavian Cultural Centre is a family of five countries, all represented in one cultural center: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

You can take out/renew a membership in two ways: Electronically or by mail-in hard copy.

Electronic signup:

Click on the above “Online Fillable Form”. This form can be filled out on a computer using Adobe Reader, SAVED, and then emailed.

Email the completed membership form to SCCmembernotices@shaw.ca .The money can then be sent by eTransfer to the Scandinavian Centre. In the comments section of the e-transfer, please note your name and which membership you're choosing (i.e., the club name).

Mail-in hard copy signup:

Clink on the above “Click and Mail Form”. Print out a copy and fill in details. Please bring or mail the completed form with a cheque (made out to Scandinavian Cultural Centre) to the Scandinavian Centre, 764 Erin Street, Wpg, R3G 2W4

The membership fee is $40.00 for adults and $20.00 for 18-25 year olds. This includes membership in the Scandinavian Centre as well as one club of your choosing. If you wish to be a member of more than one group, please add an additional $5 per club.

Please note that your contact information will be shared with any club that you check. Memberships/renewals taken out now expire December 31st, 2023.
